Day Two (Is it time to start panicking yet?) Updated
Lady Jane's fever is down this morning, but still present. We need to run a few errands sometime today. Target, groceries, and hopefully Once upon a Child (resale shop for used children's clothes). Generally, I give my kids' clothes away, but apparently I missed a stack of little girl's clothes and nobody is big enough for Little Man's old clothes. Besides they pay cash which right now would be a good thing. I just got done supplementing my wardrobe for my new "career". My husband and I have been married 8 years today. Yeah! What is the present for 8 years anyway? Socks? We don't usually exchange gifts. So, let's see how much I can accomplish in one day. Oh, why panic? Well, let's see, we have six weeks left before we move and 3 of those will be spent traveling. Leaving me with 3 weeks to sort through our lives. Great. Help?
Okay, so we got through Target and groceries. Did loads of laundry including the guest bedroom sheets. Lady Jane and I made mini pizzas for lunch and then made a batch of brownies. I got through the clothes that need to be passed on. Every dish is clean in the kitchen. I think I did dishes all day. Lady Jane is too used to having someone interacting with her all day long. I think that part of the transition will be difficult for her until she starts school in the fall. So cleaning wise I did okay, sorting wise I did okay. Fortunately, reinforcements are on the way. Mom's coming to town!!!!! YEAH!!!!! So if I'm completely exhausted in a few days, blame the work-a-holic. But I guarantee we'll get stuff done.

I kept staring at the calendar today, wondering why this day was important. And then I read your blog ... oh yeah! Happy Anniversary. Give your mom my love when she comes. And have a Merry Christmas!
